We have had four days off in the last six and the two shows we did have were each less than half an hour away. I have become lazy. During my days off I have worked as hard as possible to not work, and let me tell you, it is exhausting. I have gotten so used to waking up early to get on the bus that I have been consistently waking up around 7:30. It's been hard for me to get back to sleep at that point, but I have managed (like I said, it takes real work).
I have seen a few movies over the break period, and I will give you my brief opinion on them because I know how much my opinion means to everyone out there [insert sarcasm here].
Be Kind, Rewind: 2 stars out of 4
Had a lot of potential, but was just ok.
Futurama: The Beast with a Billion Backs: 2 1/2 stars out of 4
After Bender's Big Score, this movie was very disappointing. Not even one musical number.
There Will Be Blood: 1 1/2 stars out of 4
I wanted to like this movie, because it is a very good film... technically. I didn't really like ANY of the characters at any point and I didn't feel a solid message coming from the film.
Wall-E: 3 stars out of 4
Pixar just knows how to make movies. Their best? No. Still very good? Yes. I LOVE ROBOTS!
Starting tomorrow, we are once again on the road. Prayers, as always, are appreciated. Thankfully it is only eight days and not three weeks. As much as I love everyone on tour, I am not a fan of spending all my afternoons stuck in a small bus.
Thanks to everyone who has seen us and I look forward to seeing everyone planning on catching one of our shows.
God bless,
Eric

Hey Eric,
wanted to say a quick hello and encourage you to hang in there. The show is so inspiring and you'll never know the impact it has... Thanks for all your hard work and sacrifice. You guys are the kind of people this world needs to bring hope in the midst of chaos and despair. Love you all, keep your eyes on Jesus, He'll give you the strength to finish well. Love, Kathleen (Kristen's mom)
